Leadership doesn’t always look impressive from the outside.
Sometimes it unfolds in hidden places, difficult conversations, painful seasons, or quiet moments where someone chooses integrity, humility, courage, or obedience when nobody else sees it.
But when someone is willing to tell the truth about what they’ve walked through, and how God met them in the middle of leadership, failure, responsibility, uncertainty, or surrender, it does something inside us. That’s the heartbeat behind Leading With God.
This project gathers everyday believers who have learned to lead alongside God through real-life experiences. Some stories come from ministry. Others come from business, family, creativity, mentorship, or seasons of rebuilding after disappointment and loss. These aren’t polished leadership formulas or platform-driven success stories. They’re honest, human ones. And they carry the kind of wisdom that can only be formed through walking closely with God over time.
Our cohort includes more than twenty voices sharing lessons shaped through faith, perseverance, wisdom, humility, and spiritual growth. Each contributor brings a different perspective on leadership, and together they form a collection of stories for anyone trying to lead well while staying grounded in God. Each author brings their own blend of experience, insight, and faithfulness, offering something needed for the road ahead.
